The table above represent our typical classes structure, but we do keep a certain level of flexibility about the choice of the disciplines to train for each class or period.
Sometimes, a “Full Immersion Week” is planned, wherein we focus on one discipline or aspect of a discipline during the two classes of the week.
In addition to the regular classes, we organize regularly complementary seminars for improvement, based on one discipline or aspect of a discipline. Seminars are given in other gyms, and during week-end’s.
Training location
The weekly classes of Jeet Kune Do, Kali, Silat, MMA are taking place in Brussels, in the sportroom of the School Institute “Ma Campagne”, located at the following address:

A word of warning: in order not to disturb the classes, the access to the sportroom is not allowed to the public. Only the members and the free trial class attenders (who reserved by email) are allowed in. Thanks for your understanding.
