How are the different classes organized?

The first 3 weeks of the month:

Tuesday:
19h30 – 20h30 = Jeet Kune Do
20h30 – 21h30 = Kali (stick/knife)
Thursday:
19h30 – 20h30 = MMA
20h30 – 21h30 = Silat or Kali (empty hands)

Last week of the month (“full immersion week”):
Tuesday + Thursday: only one of the 4 arts (Jeet Kune Do, Kali, Silat, ou MMA)

Who are the classes for?

Classes are opened to all people, men ans women, who are older than 17, with or without any previous martial arts expirence, who are healthy and qualified to practice sport.

Is it possible to pass by to have a look at the classes?

Classes are not open to public, so it’s not possible to have a look. Just the free trial class is possible and only by appointement via email.

What should I bring for the free class training?

Some sport outfit (t-shirt, jogging pants, sport shoes), some water, and martial arts equipement if you got any.

What is the outfit for the classes after inscription?

The Manonuda T-shirt, black trousers (kung fu style), and sport shoes.

What equipement will I need?

The list can be quiet long, so, in priority order:

  • Groin shield
  • 2 Sticks (for Kali)
  • Training knife (for Kali)
  • Bag Boxing Gloves
  • Focus Mitts
  • Sparring Boxing Gloves
  • Mouth guard
  • Shin guards

Is there a level ranking or belt system?

We rank levels with certifications by passing tests in Jun Fun Jeet Kune Do, Kali, Karaesyan Silat, MMA, Muay Thai.
