The Jeet Kune Do (JKD) is the martial art founded by Bruce Lee, or more precisely, his vision and conception of the martial arts. Rather than a finished and established system, the Jeet Kune Do is considered an art in constant evolution because it doesn’t have “a form” but it can take “any form”.
The foundation of the Jeet Kune Do as a concept is the Jun Fan Gung Fu (also called Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do), which represents the progression of the art while Bruce Lee was alive, and therefore could be considered as a set style.
The “Jun Fan” merges smoothly several arts together, the main ones being Wing Chun, Boxe, Savate, Fencing , and Wrestling.
