Here’s how to book your session:
- You can only book by sending an email
- When booking, please specify a preferred day and which discipline you would like to try
- You need to include your full name and email address (and those of any additional attenders)
- We accept a maximum of 4 trial attenders per session
What to expect from a trial class?
A trial class will make you discover our school, our students and the overall atmosphere.
If possible, we try to group trial class participants so that they don’t feel lost and can work at their level.
Remember, the technical integration does not happen with just one class, so be patient and motivated, and aim for a regular practice based on the long term! Above all, just enjoy the experience!
What should I bring?
For a trial class, you can wear a standard sport outfit (t-shirt, shorts, leggings). We train on mats (tatami), so you will train bare foot, but make sure to bring some sandals because walking bare foot outside the mats and than on the mats is not allowed.
Also, make sure to take some water with you, or something to fill it here. Depending on what class you will attend, you are invited to bring whatever martial arts equipment you got (groin shield, boxing gloves, …).
