MANONUDA is organizing a “3 days” Seminar, covering Knife Fighting, Panuntukan & Silat, and Stick Fighting.

The seminar will be headed by Coach Gianfranco, in French as well as in English.

Date & Schedule:

Friday 7 June: KNIFE FIGHTING

18:00 – 19:30 = Knife vs Knife Combat
19:30 – 21:00 = Knife Defense

Saturday 8 June 2019: PANANTUKAN & SILAT

11:00 – 13:00 = Panuntukan
13:00 – 13:30 = Break
13:30 – 15:30 = Silat

Sunday 9 June 2019: STICK FIGHTING

11:00 – 13:00 = Stick Fighting Duel
13:00 – 13:30 = Break
13:30 – 15:30 = Stick Fighting Techniques

Equipment:

• For weapon sessions (Knife, Stick), you are invited to take protecting Gloves, Fencing Mask, Padded Stick, if you have them.
• For Empty Hands Sessions (Panuntukan & Silat) you are invited to take MMA Gloves, Groin Cup, and Mouth Piece.
