We provide high-quality training in a variety of martial arts, combat sports, and self-defense disciplines.

Our programs are extremely well structured and organized, and they’re all based on years of hard work and dedication, with the addition of a very creative component that is specific to MANONUDA.

Each program is divided into 10 levels of progression and certification.

Here’s a list of the programs that you can train with us, within our training formats, such as private classes with a personal coach in Brussels, or as seminars:

Combat Sports

Boxing
The Sweet Science

Boxing

Boxing can be considered the king of Combat Sports, and it’s the most essential component of other striking-based martial arts, such as Kickboxing or MMA. It is the soberest of combat sports, and when it’s taught with a real understanding of the art, it is the most subtle and fascinating one, and probably the “noblest” of all.

Because today many offer Boxing classes, you should keep in mind that “punching stuff” is not Boxing. Punching is punching, and Boxing is something else. We teach Boxing.

Specificities:

  • Precision & Accuracy of Body Mechanics
  • Footwork Mastery
  • Technical Development
  • Power Development
  • Focus Mitts Training (Pads)
  • Tactical & Strategic Development
  • Sparring
Kickboxing
Move, Kick & Punch

Kickboxing

There are different styles of Kickboxing, each with a different set of rules. Our program is based on a combination of those, including Savate (French Kickboxing) and Sanda, so the student can pick up a particular style or go for a generic type of Kickboxing training.

Kickboxing is at the same time very technical and physical, so you got an intrinsic workout from training this program.

  • Boxing Integration
  • Footwork Mastery
  • Technical Development
  • Power Development
  • Focus Mitts Training (Pads)
  • Tactical & Strategic Development
  • Sparring

Muay Thai is a beautiful fighting style and is very technical and accurate. Our program can be considered quite authentic, as we often train it in Thailand.

  • Thai Pads Training

Our Grappling program is based on different styles, including Luta Livre, Catch Wrestling, and BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu). We do not teach the “Gi” version (grappling with the kimono), but we rather promote the “No-Gi” variation of this art.

This is a very challenging and fascinating discipline. Our methodology is based on the implementation of concepts and principles, rather than on the accumulation of techniques.

  • Ground Grappling
  • Technical Development with Concepts
