MANONUDA will organize a Muay Thai Seminar, covering the following topics:

• Analysis of the differences with Boxing and Kickboxing
• Muay Thai structure and specificities
• Muay Thai Techniques (Kicks, Knees, Elbows)
• Applications: set-ups, counters
• Live Training: controlled free combat format

The seminar will be headed by Coach Gianfranco, in French as well as in English.

• Outfit: Thai shorts, MMA shorts, leggings, joggings
• Bare feet on tatamis (please take some sandals with you for when you walk outised of the tatamis)
• Mandatory: Boxing Gloves
• optional (but recommended): Mouth Guard, Shin Guards
• Take some water with you
