This seminar is suitable for intermediate and advanced practitioners who already got some good knowledge of Stick Fighting.

• Easy Sparring (with padded sticks and protection, so no hard contact)
• Technical Sparring (with real/rattan stick, only for advanced if willing to do it, not mandatory)
