How does this work?

Basically, here’s what you need to do:

1. Download and install Zoom, a video meeting application that will allow you to have the actual video session.
2. Send us an email to get in contact for all the necessary details, and to schedule a date and time for the session.
3. Purchase the Online Training class on our shop.

Everything you need to know

Here is a list of details about this module:

• The price for this class is 40€, for a duration of 45 minutes.
• If you want a class of 1 hour and a half, you can actually purchase 2 classes.
• For the class, you can be by yourself or with a training partner, if you wish to or if necessary.
• You can ask to train all the disciplines from the Programs that we teach, such as Boxing, Kickboxing, Jeet Kune Do, Stick Fighting, … The complete list can be found on the Programs page.
• You can ask to train one particular area or aspect. For example: Boxing Footwork, Boxing Defense, Solo Drills (any discipline), or ask for Tactics and Strategies. There are many possibilities, so don’t hesitate to ask for a specific topic.
• You can also ask for a Workout or Functional Training session!
• As for the language, the Coach is fluent in English, French and Italian. And can handle a little bit of Spanish as well.
• If you purchased the class and changed your mind, or if the class cannot take place any time soon, no worries, you can ask for a refund at any time, by sending us an email.
