OPEN MAT (MMA – Kickboxing – Grappling) Open format class to train the mentioned disciplines.
KALI Filipino Martial Arts based on Stick Fighting and Knife Fighting. Very fun to train.
SILAT / SELF-DEFENSE This class combines two of our programs for real-life self-defense.
GRAPPLING This is part of our MMA program: we integrate different styles, from BJJ (No-Gi) to Wrestling.
KICKBOXING This is part of our MMA program: in this class we train Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai.
What about these classes?
MMAOur MMA class is split between the Kickboxing class (which includes Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai) and the Grappling (No-Gi) class. Advanced students will work on more specific MMA techniques by merging both Striking and Grappling.
Jeet Kune DoAt the moment Jeet Kune Do is taught as private classes with our head coach and as seminars.
PanantukanAt the moment Panantukan is taught as private classes with our head coach and as seminars.
