MMA & COMBAT SPORTS

  • Striking
  • Grappling

As part of our MMA program, we provide training in striking-based combat sports, such as:

  • Boxing
  • Kickboxing
  • Muay Thai

For our weekly classes, we integrate these disciplines in our Kickboxing class, by isolating them but also by putting them togheter. A typical class is broken down into solo drills, technical and tactical applications, attribute development and sparring, with an intensity that is specific to the level of each student.

A strategic approach to the fighting game is also offered, as well as mental and combative development, so that the fighter gets a complete and well-rounded training.

Get ready to sweat and to have fun during this class!

Our Kickboxing classes are taught in Brussels every Thursday from 19:30 to 21:30.

As part of our MMA program, we provide training in grappling-based combat sports (No-Gi).

In our Grappling class we train standing and ground grappling, with a focus on concepts and principles, not just on an accumulation of techniques. A typical session is broken down into:

  • Mobility drills
  • Standing up techniques and takedowns

This class is suited for both men and women, and the training is based on technical and tactical development, and even if the first steps can feel hard to get in the beginning, it just gets addictive and provide great fun!

As part of our Filipino Martial Arts program, we provide training in the art of Panantukan, also known as the Filipino Dirty Boxing.

Panantukan is a very unique form of boxing, as it includes the use of all the parts of your body as a weapon, against all the parts of the opponent’s body as a target.

What makes this art very effective is the use of the Boxing format (mobility, dynamic) without the limitations of the boxing rules, and the implementation of weapons-based concepts into the hand to hand combat.

Some specific elements of this art are:

  • Limbs Destructions
  • Use of Punching, Kicking, Elbows, Knees, Headbutts, Forearms, Shoulders
  • Body Manipulations
  • Takedowns
  • Fluidity of motion

At an advanced level we implement this art into a boxing sparring dynamic.

Complementary classes to this program are our Silat program and our Kali program.

Our Panantukan clasess are taught in Brussels every Thursday from 19:30 to 21:30.

JEET KUNE DO

Jeet Kune Do is the art developed by Bruce Lee and it’s based on the concept of integrating the effective portions of different martial art into an unique blend that has no formal style.

Some main aspect of this art are:

  • Simplicity
  • Directness
  • Economy of motion
  • Lead side striking
  • Fakes and feints
  • Intercepting principles

There are actually many different interpretations for the art of Jeet Kune Do: in our program we focus on what we consider to be the specificities of Jeet Kune Do, and we try to take them at the highest possible level.

Mainly, original Jeet Kune Do mixes together Wing Chun elements, Boixng format, Savate techniques, Fencing principles, and basic Judo takedowns and finishes up.
