As part of our MMA program, we provide training in striking-based combat sports, such as:
- Boxing
- Kickboxing
- Muay Thai

For our weekly classes, we integrate these disciplines into our Kickboxing class, by isolating them but also by putting them together. A typical class is broken down into solo drills, technical and tactical applications, attribute development and sparring, with an intensity that is specific to the level of each student.
A strategic approach to the fighting game is also offered, as well as mental and combative development, so that the fighter gets a complete and well-rounded training.
Get ready to sweat and to have fun during this class!
Our Kickboxing classes are taught in Brussels every Thursday from 19:30 to 21:30.
More info about our training schedule and about the location can be found on the Classes Info page.
And, if you need the right equipment for it (Gloves, Hand Wraps, …) you can buy it at our gym.

As part of our MMA program, we provide training in grappling-based combat sports (No-Gi).
In our Grappling class, we train standing and ground grappling, with a focus on concepts and principles, not just on an accumulation of techniques. Our approach is not based on just one particular style of grappling, but rather on the integration of tools can be effective for the individual in the grappling game.

A typical session is broken down into:
- Mobility drills
- Standing up techniques and takedowns
- Ground techniques
- Free rolling and sparring
This class is suited for both men and women, and the training is based on technical and tactical development, and even if the first steps can feel hard to get in the beginning, it just gets addictive and provide great fun!
Our Grappling classes are taught in Brussels every Monday from 19:30 to 21:30.
