Boxing: Countering The Jab With A Broken Rhythm

A typical example of Broken Rhythm using 3 different “beats” for the same technique against a Jab, in this case, Parry & Return The Jab.

The first option is using 3 beats, so you parry, and you slightly delay your Jab.
The second option is using 2 beats, so you parry and immediately return your Jab.
And the third option is Parrying the Jab while you hit at the same time. For this one, you can also catch the Jab while going forward, stopping it on its development.
