Jeet Kune Do: Backfist Body Variations & Targets

Demonstrating some options for the Jeet Kune Do Backfist, as for body variations, such as:
1) Stationary
2) Slightly Leaning Forward
3) Shifting Forward by Stepping
4) Shifting Forward by Push Stepping

You can also Side Shift.

I also show where your knuckles should land, and what you want to aim as a target for the head section:
1) Temples
2) Nose
3) Jaw
4) Neck (Carotid Artery)
