Jeet Kune Do: Pak Sao The Lead Guard-Hand

A typical example of a Jeet Kune Do Hand Immobilization Attack. I enter the opponent’s guard using a Pak Sao Da to remove the Lead Guard-Hand, and I follow up with a kick (Groin Kick or Side Kick to the Leg).

In one variation, I also show how you can angle out to Kick The Groin when you feel the leg is covering the target, so you need the right footwork to create the angle.
