Panantukan: Cover & Hit Under Live Application

Flowing and improvising when the technique doesn’t happen as intended.

This is an application for an Uppercut while covering, as often used in our Panatukan Program. I show how the technique can work perfectly, and at the end, you can see that I ask my assistant to be fast and retreat the punches, so that my Uppercut is not “under the arm”, as intended, and that you should just keep going with the flow of the fight.

The Shoulder Pull I execute after the Uppercut was totally improvised, not planned.
