Panantukan: Destructions Against The Double Grab
Using Panantukan Limbs Destructions in a Self-Defense situation against a Double Lapel Grab. Hit the biceps with bare knuckles using a downward angle.
Watch out for the opponent’s to punch or headbutt or knee. If the initial destruction doesn’t work, just keep hitting.
As an option, I also show the use of elbows as destructions to shock the arms and get rid of the hold.
