Panantukan: Double Leg Defense

Always take into account a possible level change by the opponent, going for a Double Leg or a Tackle. In this case, the opponent is going for a level change when you are in the Bridge position (a reference that we use in our Panantukan Program).

The First option is dropping the elbow to create a frame.
The Second, when the arm is popped up, is pivoting on the rear leg to move the lead leg away, and frame with the opposite arm.
The Third option is, surprise-surprise, a Sprawl.
