Panantukan: Hubad Drill With Arm Tilt Options

Applying the two variations for what we call Arm-Tilt in our Panantukan Program, using the Hubad Basic Flow Drill. You can notice that we work on both arms, the left and the right one, by using a transition with a backhand and some basic trapping.

The two variations are: Pull, and Drop. The feeling is very different and each opens up different possibilities for follow-ups.
