This is a demonstration of how to get to the Outside Foot Sweep position after a knee strike. This was a variation trained at this seminar, using the same entry, but a different sweep, the first one being the Inside Foot Sweep.

At the end of the clip, I use a different entry, and indeed, go to the Inside foot Sweep, to show how you can modulate the elements in our Panantukan Program.
