Another example of training defense while attacking. At any moment during your strikes or manipulations, the opponent can attack, so this teaches to trigger a reactive response in order to keep the dominance during the exchange.
Again, as for the previous video posted, there is no speed in this video, just the drill structure, but of course, after you build it up, this is drilled with more speed and more variables.
