Self-Defense: Reversing Ground vs Stand Up Scenario

Using some principles to defend from the ground when the opponent is standing up: shifting your position by taking an angle, and at the same time trapping one leg and taking the opponent down by breaking his base by pushing with the foot on the opposite hip or knee.

The last stand-up was improvised. Always improvise, but only within some main structure that you build and train.
