Self-Defense: Shift & Strike Form The Inside Position

Using simple techniques effectively (palm strikes, knees, elbows), but with important tactical additions from the inside position. In such a situation, I teach to shift to one side if you can, as this puts you in a favorable position, and use the shifting to open a line of attack.

There are all kinds of variables in that situation. This is only a part of a full progression.
