Silat: Leg Press With The Rear Takedown
Unusual but very effective Silat takedown from the ground, with a Leg Press, executed using the rear. You can rotate either way and trap the opponent’s front leg with either leg, then use the weight of your body and the momentum to create a sudden extension of the opponent’s leg (which we call a Leg Press).
