Stick Fighting: Forehand Strike, Defend, Renew The Attack

Working on a simple Fighting Exchange and Dynamic. Get in range to attack with a Forehand Strike, then defend the Opponent’s Reposte, and Renew The Attack using different targets or line of attack (Head, Hand, Knee).

In the end, you can add one more defense while you get out of there for good. You don’t want to stand there and exchange blows for too long in a real stick fight.
