Stick Fighting: Tight Covers Body Mechanics Drill

A very basic way to loosen up your body as a warm-up drill for Stick Fighting is to use the High Covers (Raising Blocks) in a smooth and fluid way, making them very tight to the body but in a relaxed way.

And, this feels very nice to do (and probably to watch), as it’s a continuous harmonious movement. It’s almost a self-energy flow drill. 😉
